Today is overcast, the temperature is around 50 degrees, perfect for a race! And the results; Benjamin Crockett 6th place overall, 1st place in the 20-29 age category......! I felt pretty good about my time, a little over a 7 minute mile, most of my competition consisted of extremely heathly 30-50 year olds.
