I think it's best that the fish had no idea what was going on...Ethan's mother was having another little one and Katie's Mom was busy with a school function, add Adele into the picture and the fun begins. By the time I got home for lunch to give Allison a few minutes on the bench, the chaos had reached its climax and the aftermath was becoming apparent.

I think you all understand! Phew......It doesn't take long for category 5 hurricanes to make their way through our home. This one is called Hurricane Adele! But for her it's all part of the days work.

Flowers, Flowers, and More Flowers:)

Adele absolutely loved going to see the Tulips this year, and was less than happy when we loaded in the car to go home. Alex was also quite pleased with the trip.

Helping with the Family Food Storage

Adele loves to help on any family project. This one was a real project, but also a lot of fun, after I got past the "worried about making a mess feeling".
Saturday Allison and I bagged over 100 mylar bags with beans, wheat, rice, flour, corn-meal, pancake mix, and several other items. We've been slowly socking away our food storage but hadn't stored it properly, so we got a sealer and went to town.

Adele sleeps next to her Tiger every night, but alas she's taken to riding him as well as recruiting Alex to join her.
